Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data you send us through this website is processed, in line with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

When you send the request form, we process only the information you share with us in it:

  • Identity: your name.
  • Contact details: your email address and, where you provide it or the request type requires it, your telephone number.
  • Business details, where the request type asks for them: company or stable name and city or region.
  • Request details: the request type, the products and quantities you select, and your message.
  • Request context: the site language and the page from which you opened the form.
  • Network information: when you use the form, your IP address is used briefly, in the form server’s memory only, to limit abuse; the form service does not store or log it.

If you choose to send your Product Finder answers with your message (your horse’s life stage, profile, goal and, if entered, weight), they are processed as part of your request.

  • To review and answer your request, question or partnership enquiry.
  • To contact you about that request.
  • For product or order requests, to send you product information and a quotation.
  • To protect the form against automated and abusive submissions.

We do not use your data for marketing or advertising.

Your personal data is collected electronically, directly from you, when you fill in and send the request form on this website.

Your personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing.

To deliver your request, we use Render (website hosting and the form server) and Resend (email delivery). Your request is then delivered as an email to the Horsila inbox info@horsila.tr, which is hosted on OX App Suite.

Your personal data is kept for as long as needed to review and answer your request, and for any period required by law. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in line with Article 7 of the KVKK.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed.
  • Request information about that processing.
  • Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
  • Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred.
  • Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected.
  • Ask for your data to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7.
  • Ask for any correction, deletion or destruction to be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
  • Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis of your data.
  • Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

You can send an application about these rights by email to info@horsila.tr from the email address you have registered with us (for example, the one you used in the request form), in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Applications are answered as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge as a rule.

This website does not use cookies and contains no analytics, advertising or similar tracking tools. Your browser keeps only a technical marker, containing no personal data, so that the opening animation is not repeated within the same session.

The Product Finder runs entirely in your browser; your answers are not saved. When you continue from a result to the request form, your answers are added to the page link to pre-fill the message. They reach us as part of a request only if you send the form.
